I have been fighting against the over use &amp; negativity of email in our organisation for quite some time.
A great rule of thumb is good news by email, anything else by phone or face to face. Also it&#039;s far better to send an email confirmationof a conversation than trying to have a conversation in 2D.
Email is statistically proven to be the worst form of communication available in the office environment other than memo / fax (which are nion extinct now).
