		<description>It&#039;s funny, when I was younger I thought leadership was all about how to lead others, now I know it&#039;s about the skill of accomplishing the common goal. The conservative leadership meaning is just an ego trip and history shows it has failed over and over; so many examples of empty victories. Self-focused leaders usually lead their teams right off a cliff if they&#039;re not lucky.</description>
